ive been anticipating this game for sooo long..its very similar to the wake/unc game because during that game it was a 1/4 matchup like tonight's game.

in order for wake to come out on top they need

1. a good game from teague and aminu
   
2. key players to stay out of foul trouble ( VT game)
3. guard the perimeter

in order for duke to come out on top they need

1. have a good game out of zoubek b/c wake's deep in the big-men category
2. have good bench play from paulus, thomas and e-mail
3. guard both inside and out (wake has pureeee ballass)

Prediction:

84-80 DUKE

Duke vs. Davidson

tip-off is in approximately 8 minutes as i type this blog entry and i have been looking forward to this matchup since Saturday. Hopefully my Blue Devils can fight off Stephen Curry's Wildcats of Davidson at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

My predition is Duke over Davidson 82-70,
Final Score 78-67

As many know i play with the Portland Trail Blazers on NBA 2k9 because they're team is soo complete and ar very entertaining to play with.

i am very proud to say that we have a very talented rookie swingman by the name of Rudy Fernandez (better known for dunking on Dwight Howard during the Beijing Summer Olympics)

he's proved over himself numerous times during this season coming off the bench averaging 10.8 ppg in about 25 mpg. hes a very good passer and has a game similar to the Spurs Manu Ginobli and is continuing to develop becoming a better player than he already is.

Currently he is in an competition against 2 other rookies such as the Buck's Joe Alexander and the Thunder's Russell Westbrook for a spot in this years Slam-Dunk Contest.

i will definately be voting for him and the following videos are reason enough for you too

9:57 i am awakened by a call from True Value Hardware wanting me to sub for someone

basically i'm going to enjoy my last two days of break without the stress of going to the ole' hardware store and working as cashier and showing people where lightbulbs are...

as of this moment i'm watching the G'Town/Pitt. game

its half-time right now but i rooting for the Hoyas cause Greg Monroe is the next big-man to have a huge impact of G'Town basketball since the likes of Patrick Ewing, Dikembe Mutombo, Alonzo "Zo" Mourning and Roy Hibbert

Lets go Hoyas!!

Other match-ups i look forward to include:

Rutgers vs. Uconn

b/c of Rutger's Freshman All-American Mike Rosario absolutely "lit" up collegiate powerhouses such as UNC & Pitt. even though the end result was a loss in both cases.

Plus Uconn has a 7-4 center thats one of the nations top big-men who i havent gotten a chance to see play.

Clemson vs. ECU

KC Rivers is always entertaining to watch and ECU has a very goot team this year so even though espnu dosent list the as coming on tv i hope the game is on CBS or FSN
